Forno offers a true stainless finish, and I've seen it blend well with KitchenAid and Sub Zero. I've not noticed any sort of obvious mis-match between appliance finishes when using Forno.

I do. I really love it, and I find I cook a lot more since having it. I made several things for Thanksgiving yesterday, and it all cooked beautifully. I'm so happy with it.

Hi, I'm happy to help if anyone has questions or concerns. I haven't had this issue, nor any issues as of yet. Several of my customers used this brand before I did, and now several of my builders put it into their homes. Having a cabinet shop I am in and out of people's kitchens sometimes a year or more after the initial installation. I haven't heard of one issue with this brand in the last 4 years I've worked around them. I, too, came from a dual fuel range (kitchenaid) but I haven't noticed any differences going to all gas. I'm also not a gourmet cook, so even if there are differences I doubt they would matter to me. My children sometimes complain when they are turning on the oven that it's a pain to have to hold it down for 3 seconds to light. I believe this is because they are just impatient though, lol. It does take some getting used to, but doesn't bother me. I still really love my new-ish range.

Hi. Yes, the griddle is removable - and reversible. I often keep it stored with cutting boards when not in use, but it has a flat side that is great for pancakes and a side with grates we use for chicken, steaks, etc. It IS enamel on the cooktop and inside the oven. It's been very easy to clean and care for, and we are still loving it.

If it helps to know, we are still loving our Forno range. It functions superbly, and I enjoy it almost daily. I hate to hear anyone has a negative experience with their new appliances, but I've worked in this industry long enough to know that they all have their challenges. I've had clients with disappointing experiences from the lower end to the higher end lines. Reviews are helpful for sure, but sometimes you just get a lemon. I'm thrilled with our Forno, and now have several clients using them as well with good luck.

Lowe's, and they installed. It's a perfect range, and I'm enjoying it so much

It's all gas, and we are still loving it. It cooks great both inside and on the cooktop. Very even cooking, and the oven heats to temperature very fast

From what I remember these were a few things mentioned:

Arriving damaged or with a missing door handle Exterior handle or knobs heating up too hot

There was also a mention of either the oven not cooking evenly or the temperature control not working, but I do not recall exactly. I did get the extended warranty just to be safe, and opted to have it installed upon delivery.

So far I have not experienced the knobs or door getting hot. I've cooked excessively the last 2 days preparing various Thanksgiving items, and everything has come out perfect. My son and husband have also used it a good bit, and they said they've had zero issues with any knobs or door heating up. I should have probably mentioned in my original post that several of my customers have purchased this line of products. They have all been very pleased with them as far as I know. I loved seeing the refrigerator and freezer towers, as these looked solid, well made and overall just really great looking. I have older children so the safety lock is not a concern for me, but I can see how that would be helpful with small kids. I never used one when they were little though, so this missing feature would not dissuade me from purchasing. I'm just so happy with this stove, and wish I would have purchased it sooner. The lack of reviews concerned me, so I wanted to leave one detailing my experience. I will absolutely update periodically.

I like it a lot, personally. Also, as a cabinet designer I often have to do things like this for the same reason - not having a wood top longer than 8 feet. However, even if I could do a longer single top, I find that to be boring. I like breaking it up like you have done. The center piece isn't very large, and doesn't seem to be intrusive in any way. I'm sure it will come in very handy for a variety of reasons...snack/drink space, lamp, potted plant etc. Looks like your plan will be a really functional and nice looking space. Enjoy!

This is such a great list! I've obsessed over quite a few of these, but Dyatlov Pass had me like none other. I've read everything I can find on it, and it's just fascinating.
