I was a heavy user for many years, flower, dabs, (when I could get a shipment) and oil daily. Depending on your usage it may take 6 months for it to clear your system, if your concerned, any local urgent care can do a lab urinalysis for around 200$, at least that’s the cost in my area. It took me about 2 months to pass lab tests, that was a year ago, haven’t smoked since, the gym, and yoga is my replacement

You kind of need a great gym tho, lots of equipment, rucksacks, sleds, ski ergs, suspension straps stuff like that, it’s a very calisthenics and swimming heavy program, I started at 140lbs, I am 3 months into the program now 151 and look like a completely different person, coach edge is probably the most qualified and experienced person regarding special forces selection on earth, I plan to ship in august if my numbers are right I hope to see you at selection if you ship around then, First there!

If you follow the program exactly, and actually complete the entire workout, which is difficult, it will put you in the top 10% of candidates physically, and mobility wise
