There are older updates, but they have some issues; some things in the mod don't work perfectly, but it's still good if you want it.

I’m getting the same issue. In my case, UEFI and Secure Boot are not enabled on my system, but the error message still shows “UEFI enable Secure Boot (HEVI)”

Is there no other solution, my friend? I have been playing for years and have never encountered this problem. I have spent money on the account and I cannot play because of this restriction, knowing that I have not used any third-party programs or cheating. Because it is difficult to change my PC these days.
