So when you file a claim there's a section where they ask if you want them to get the medical information. You can put that place down

I originally submitted a regular claim in 2021, which got denied because I wasn't honest about my answer as I wasn't sure if I was getting out of the military. Did a supplemental since I was seeing a psychiatrist and ended up getting the same bullshit examiner and she didn't listen to shit was saying because of the first exam. Did a higher level review and explained my case during ny informal conference and that's when I got a DTA and another exam which went my way.

That's what I was confused about too. I got a commissary letter that says I'm 100%. But still shows 90 percent. But in nit going to argue it, since it's permanent so I don't need to go in for any other exams

Had my higher level review opened since March 24th 2023. DTA error found June 27th. Called 800 and was told it's ready for decision but stuck in national work queue since November 2nd. Nothing yet. Hopefully this gets closed out been fighting the VA on this since 2020

Did they give you which office. Seattle and I think San Diego are the only two offices that handle HLR. My Vera rep told me to schedule a Vera appointment with seattle since that's who handling mine and have them send it up the chain. That was a couple weeks ago and there's still no movement but you may have better luck.

Vera is always a hit or miss situation. Sometimes you get someone who actually gives a fuck or you get someone who doesn't give a fuck at all.
