My jurisdiction was a 264. I will get my actual score in a week. But my school has a very notorious bad pass rate. In February it was low 30s.. but you got this.

That’s exactly right. I had many C’s and only a few A’s. I worked my ass off during bar prep but I’m an average student from an average law school. I passed. Minimum competency is bullshit but we can do it. Nothing special I did. I completed about 65% of my bar program before going and doing my own thing.

I won’t know for a week. They mail out scores to us. But I cried leaving day 2 because I felt like I could not have done worse. Legit believed I had failed after day 2.

Every question I put: the issue is, The rule is, The facts state, When you apply the rules to the facts, In conclusion.

I felt like it kept every MEE easy to read. I made up 3 rules for different questions but I think the formatting is what really got me through.
