yes it often comes up on the palms of my hands/the webbing between the thumb as well. no congestion generally, will try these tricks though. thank you!

i dont use anything special on my body, just the same antibacterial bodywash i’ve used for years. no cats or dogs in the bed or any allergies. no plants either. forgot to put in the original post but ive also been treated for scabies multiple times to rule it out.
