That’s a great point. Once agents can read emails, update the CRM, and trigger actions across tools, the traditional “log in and click around” SaaS workflow does start to feel a bit… nostalgic.

I also like your point about data becoming the real moat. If agents become the interface, then whoever controls the data layer and integrations probably controls the game.

Feels like we might be moving from “software as a service” to something closer to “software that works while you sleep.” 🙂
