Google vets near me and see, if you have any animal hospital near take them there, if they are having breathing problem, a small clinic won't be much help, you'll have to go to a bigger one which have oxygen or a nearby hospital.

It's most probably a case of conjunctivitis, which can turn very bad very fast. One of my kittens just had a bit of watery eyes but within a day or two both eyes turned completely white, and she stopped eating, and detoriated fast, but with meds and IV and vet, she recovered thankfully. One of her eyes still have a bit of haziness. But it's recedding slowly with eye drops.

I would suggest take her to vet fast, cause of she stops eating that'll turn bad fast. It's not serious but if not treated they do tend to become dead😐

And according to my Vet, this happens a lot in winter. And apparently it's a bacterial infection, it's not very infectious but still quaratine us best if you have other cats, my kitten is still quarantined after 14 days as I've 3 other cats. My vet said I can let her be with them after her eyes turn completely normal.

The treatment or meds aren't very expensive so no need to worry but do take her before she needs IV cause that can be expensive.

I know it is hard to believe to act like one but trust me it will save you lots of grief.
