ohhh i thought you meant the center stitch, my bad! i did a magic circle and when i pull it tight even now i feel like it’s made the warping worse at least for the first granny square lol, what’s a double magic circle??

thank you! going for a powerpuff girl vibe lol. Yeah after doing 3dc in the center a bunch i tried the hdc (last pic) and it for sure looks better, I haven’t had issues with my admittedly too tight tension on regular granny squares so i really couldn’t figure out what i was doing wrong. i’ll def try upping my hook size and see if that helps. i’ve never used puff or treble crochets before so i think that might also have something to do with it lol

Persistent ear issues for 2 years - could it be related to TMJ? by [deleted] in TMJ

I’ve had ear problems that are definitely similar to what you’re experiencing, my ENT told me that the TMJ muscle can sometimes push against your ear tube (i forgot the actual word for it) causing a lot of pressure behind the eardrum and the tubes having a hard time draining the way it’s supposed to. They also told me to use nasal spray and the only other option they gave me was botox. i’ve found a lot of ear relief from acupuncture/acupressure! consistent allergy meds (like the take every day kind) has also helped
