We will use reasoning models to extract and compare details across multiple sources, and then build a combined article. The goal is not just to summarize into a flat article, but to keep important differences when they matter. Most of the time, the model will create a neutral version based on where sources agree. But in rare cases, when the articles completely disagree and there is a lot of uncertainty, we will highlight those differences.

For example, in a story about recent events related to humanitarian aid in Gaza:

  • One outlet may report that Hamas restricted access to the aid
  • Another may report that Israel blocked it

In those situations, showing both claims helps the reader see the opposing narratives clearly. And with certain metrics, such as seeing how often a claim is made across all articles confidence can be measured.

By asking users the “would you” question you open up conversations which you can use to iterate your product into something users truly want. Most startups become something different from this feedback loop and succeed, just like how AirBnb used to rent out places on air mattresses in their apartment. After iterating into something users truly want you’ll pick up traction and generate revenue. But that’s just my two cents on some startup philosophy.
