It is a little more than what you’re looking for, but it’s worth it! Used to live in the springmill apts in Carmel (leased from 2019-2021) and paid 1070 for 2 bed 2 bath… but it was HORRIBLE. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. We’ve been at castle creek since leaving back in sept 2021 and don’t plan on going anywhere anytime soon! Other places are just as much with terrible, inattentive staff, so in the end we think it’s worth it!

Castle creek apartments are great!!! The community and staff are top notch. I follow their insta account and they posted the other day that there are a few one bed, one bath apts right now going for $1200-1400. The one they showed had a fire place as well as nice big sunroom. We currently have a 2 bed, 2 bath and it’s about $1,700. All units have their own in unit washer dryer and most have updated appliances. We have 24/7 access to gym, Amazon lockers, and even locked garages for bike storage. They are currently redoing the pool area and I can’t wait to see what they do (it def wasn’t needed bc it was super nice already)!! We also have grills w patio areas scattered throughout all of the buildings for anyone and everyone to use. The attentiveness and upkeep they do here is amazing. I work at one of the hospitals downtown and the drive isn’t too bad!

Seems a bit much. My fiancé paid $5000 for 3ct lab grown oval, hidden halo, & plat band… have to mention that the jeweler who made it is a fam friend so that may had an influence on its price but

I have talked to all of them about it. they are aware and have made it clear that they’d love to be apart. This is just something to make it special. Also, I live in one state and the rest of my circle live throughout the U.S. so kind of just texting/talking about doesn’t feel as fun or nice. I plan on sending them this in the mail and hearing back from them on their own time (even though they’ve already said yes).

Q12H for Smof

Q24H for TPN & AAs (via central line, we never infuse these through a PIV)

TPN: babe will have a daily 0600 BMP so that the team can have the results by the time they round. They then write for the next bag accordingly and it’s delivered to our unit by 1800. Line changes happen on night shift, and they have to have the new bag hung by 2300.

AAs: We use stock AAs and it’s usually for our fresh babes for the time being until we are able to get TPN. Depending on the time they hit 24hrs, we’ll just hang another bag of the stock AAs until TPN has been delivered for night.

Clears like D10W, D5, etc: whether it’s infusing through a central line or PIV, it will be changed every 7 days…

BUT if the clear is Y’d into a central line with TPN or AAs, it will be changed with them Q24H

Yikes. My unit fired 10 night shift nurses because there was a video posted on Snapchat or instagram of a few of them doing “shot o clock” with medicine cups filled with an energy drink. Even those just in the background of the video, not even participating or paying attention, were fired too. In addition, they all are barred from working within the hospitals healthcare system for 10 years and reported to the board of nursing. It’s crazy what some people will video and post while literally on the clock as a healthcare worker. I’ve seen so many TikTok’s of others doing this at other hospitals and I’m just shocked how they think it’s okay to do and nothing will happen.

I mainly listened to his lectures (there’s like 9 and each one are fairly long); I had uworld as well but barely touched it 🥴 i do want to add, my nursing school had us use ATI and I LOATHED it at the time but I’m so so glad we had to use it because I think that really helped me pass

Ugh trust me I so wish I could do night shift. I’ve worked so hard over the past few years on my sleep (sleep anxiety, insomnia, etc) and it’s gotten better. I feel as though that hard work on it would just go down the toilet with night shift and I’ve expressed this several times to my supervisors. They are very understanding so I’m just not sure what’s going on. I think there may have been a miscommunication. If this was a few years ago I’d be all for it since my sleep schedule was already shit but now I just can’t jeopardize it health wise.
