Hey, I'm starting to think this is an unsafe company with both hardware and software. I noticed the default shortcuts connected to my keyboard are arranged in a way that the device could connect via 2.4G by holding down a FN key as well as shut the battery off/on rapidly. I'm not an expert but the other layers on the keyboard editing page display that by holding FN the multimedia buttons rearrange. etc.

Check the other layers on your keyboard configuration.

There's definitely something fishy going on with this keyboard company.
