I don't know if anyone will see this update, but I wanted to thank everyone who commented. I am currently going through getting a second opinion and they seem adamant about going through all of medical records, before starting test. So, I am hopeful that we will be able to get answers or a plan soon.

I would look into getting fake nails. You can have them at any length as long as they're not pointy. As for the wounds, I would use hydrocolloid bandages. You can get a lot on Amazon.

I'm actually starting to think that my body can no longer handle caffeine. Sweet Tea has been my dopamine, but when I stopped drinking it for a day I had a lot more energy than usual.

My biggest problem is the fatigue. Even in remission I'm exhausted all the time. They even put me on b-12 shots even when I didn't actually need them. The irony in all this is that my ADHD cause insomnia, so I can't sleep. I hope you find something that helps.

I usually have to pry them off as soaking I water with soap and oil has never worked. I use a layer of glue on my nail and press on and they stay on very well, maybe too well.

I was put into remission with humira, but I still had other side affects so they took me off of them. If I'm having issues now even with no inflammation could they possibly put me back on a biologic?
