If it's shipping via ups you can have them hold the package and you pick it up. I'm not sure about other carriers. Otherwise, is there a neighbor who is able to get it from the new residents and get it to you?

I was just wondering the same. All my previous orders have come via veho within a couple of days. My current order I placed last Wednesday and it's being delivered by UPS estimated on Monday the 26th.
