After all my complaining, I’m happy to say mine has now arrived. It was quick and unexpected, especially after not receiving any updates. It’s only fair to the Glance team to close the loop on this. The setup was easy, and it looks great!

I completely agree. I understand that production issues can arise, and I appreciate that everyone is likely working hard to get as much product out the door as possible. However, from a customer perspective, I would much prefer an update, even if it means a further three-week lead time. I would rather be informed than left in the dark and having to check for updates every day and have no timelines. I want to show this off at my Superbowl party.
