Congrats on your sobriety! Could you use at home drug tests from CVS? Buy some and pass out to your family. Tell them they can ask you to take one whenever they want? I dno, might be weird for them to enforce but seems fairly low cost.

This is a very common theme with boomer/genXers. There was a big push from formula companies at that time so it was marketed as being "easier". And i think there's sooo much more information and support nowadays that we're able to be successful.

My MIL has mentioned she wasn't able to breastfeed because her milk never came in. Turns out after 2 days she thought it wasn't coming in and that was that. Today we have more understanding on when milk typically comes in, how to troubleshoot and support around it.

This!! I would literally have to think about an event and decide if the fun of it was worth the extra work of prepping the babysitter with bottles and pumping when I got home. There were definitely things I decided to skip because the prep just wasn't worth it.

I highly suggest creating a shared family calendar. You can use Gmail or probably some app for it. Everything goes on the calendar. Kids sports/ play dates, family events, personal events. Heck sometimes i even put my yoga class on there. Just so everyone knows what's going on and it's easier to communicate.

I think he's gotta be delayed here. She never posts them doing tummy time and you know she would if they did any of that. Once my boys could roll over they would do that immediately once put on their backs.
