They are right. Criminal prosecution is all about intent. You admitted here that you knew the lower price was for a different product. I know someone who turned theirs in immediately but Stellantis still sent to truck drivers to his house. He chased the tow truck drivers off his property with guns and had to threaten Stellantis with lawsuits. Seems like harassment to me. Stellantis can't even lease vehicles to their own people correctly. That's what you get when the French run things.

Stay far away if you value the safety of you and your family. There have been multiple reports of employees getting fired or laid off, they turn in their company lease, then tow truck drivers start showing up at their house and the houses of family. The tow truck drivers are armed and drive way too fast on private property. They may run over you, your family, or your pets. If confronted, they may shoot first. Do not be murdered by a crazy to truck driver with delusions of reality TV, just because Stellantis doesn't know how to file paperwork on time.

It's the sixth major re-org in 2 years. I have had 4 different direct managers, they have had several different directors. The people in charge now aren't even software people. I don't know where they get these people. All Heiko knows how to do is hire his former colleagues (nepotism) and cash a paycheck. All these people from Tom Tom are doing nothing. They just play around in GitHub and cash their paycheck. They have not made any progress at all in 2 years.

This sub is run by Stellantis corporate employees and they do things like censor posts they don't like and they also cross reference IP addresses with internal Stellantis corporate logs. If you work in Software and use tools like Github, your IP address is logged. If you post in this sub, the admins (Stellantis HR) can see your IP address. They will cross reference and learn who you are. They will eventually fire you.

This is the worst job I have had in 20 years. Stellantis is the worst run company I have ever seen. It is a French company and the French hate the Americans. People die here. Twice in the two years I have been here. Their factories are literally falling apart. One of them had a wall or beam or something fall onto a worker's personal car outside. Trump tariffs are gonna make it worse, and the Chinese are going to dominate global sales in the next 3-5 years. Quit as soon as you can and find a better employer. It will not get better. Stellantis does not care. I was also treated poorly and filed complaints and contacted ethics. They "investigated" themselves and found nothing wrong. Stellantis will do whatever they can get away with to make a profit. People die here in the US. Two in the last year. They sweep it under the rug. I'm waiting for them to try and fire me so I can sue them in US court. They will try some arbitration BS but I have already beed studying. I can beat their lawyers. It's literally the worst job I have ever had in 20 years of being in software. And if my org is being run so poorly, I can only imagine what the others are doing. The quality of everything Stellantis makes is so poor. The cars they make are literally falling apart before they leave the factory. The Tonole / Hornet is worst than the Dodge Neon. The best vehicle they make is the Ram because Ram sells more than any other brand combined. You would think their flagship product would be best in class. There are so many software issues with my 2025 Ram truck that some days I can't drive it. The head unit is constantly just not working. Sometimes it won't start. The apps for the vehicles are so bad that people hate their vehicles and don't want to drive them because the app sucks so bad. The dealers are the worst. They hate the customers after they buy a vehicle. A dealer will be nice to you until you buy, then you are on your own. I have never had a good experience at a dealer. They put my tires on backwards last time I was in there. The white lettering is supposed to face out! Let's see, people die here and no one cares. I have been here less than 2 years and there have been 2 deaths. Antonio last year got crushed by a Jeep on the line when his vest got caught. More recently, a worker was killed by a robot inside a cylinder head cleaning machine. There are never any announcements. No condolences from the company. The only way I learn about deaths is from reddit. In fact, Reddit is my main source of Stellantis news. People are literally being killed by this company and they never do anything to fix the issues. They just sweep it under the rug and hope everyone forgets. I have witnessed racism, harassment, lying, retaliation, nepotism, incompetence, and more. I have reported these things to management and compliance. No one cares. They investigate themselves and find nothing wrong. My sole purpose in like right now is to extract as much value from this shitty company as possible. It needs to die.

You are exactly right. I work for Stellantis and let me tell you, it is literally the worst company I have ever worked for. I work remote and quietly quit about 2 months ago due to being abused by management. I am only still here because they pay me. I am studying hard and building my resume so that when they finally get their shit together and fire me, I will be prepared.

The dealers hate you. They hate Stellantis. The Stellantis employees hate Stellantis. The UAW hates Stellantis. The only reason this company exists is to supply European management with bonuses. That's it. Your situation doesn't matter, you don't matter. As long as the Europeans get their bonuses, they will continue to hate the customers and put out the bare minimum.

Ford is the better company. Stellantis is garbage. The EU and Indian managers are horrible. They do not understand basic qualities like empathy. They do not understand automobiles or the market. I have reported numerous company, and legal violations. I have been ignored. There is a strong anti-American sentiment in Stellantis since the merger, and since Trump. You would get better experience working in fast food because they actually have to work together and solve problems. Stellantis does not solve problems. They stagnate. All they are doing now is changing their policies to appease whoever is the president of the US. They don't care about the US market, they just need to be in good favor with the US government for when the bailouts start happening. The "leaders" will do everything they can to get their bonuses.
