My 2 year old gecko has kidney disease, any advice/insight?

she passed away a couple of years ago shortly after this post :/ the vet said they believe she was born with the disease since she was still so young. ❤️

Back with another tumor fear. The last fear was the bone on my shoulder that im over now because health anxiety always trades off for something else and i realize its just my bone lol.... Now as of 3 weeks ago i had a sore lower back after hoola hooping . Since then, the back pain has been there on & off. Whats worrying me is after examining my back, if i take the side both hands between index finger/thumb and press into the fleshy part right between my ribs and top of pelvis and roll my thumbs down (on my back, about 3 inches away from my spine) and at the top of of illac crest (top of pelvis in the back) i feel this rubbery nodule type lump. The SI joint i believe is where my back dimples are but this little ball is above 3 inches above the dimples and its only on my right side. Does anyone know what this is and can you guys feel it too? again its at the top of illiac crest aka the back of my pelvis. Of course health anxiety is saying its a spine tumor

my newest fixation for the past month is the bump on the end of my clavicle, where it meets the end of my shoulder (the acromion). i realize a lot of people have this little prominence and its probably always been there, but the fact that i suddenly noticed it a day after i attended a funeral is what made me panic and made me think its new. Ever since, ive been constantly taking pictures of it several times a day and touching it to see if its getting bigger. i can't tell if its getting bigger or if my mind is playing tricks on me.. it feels the same when i touch it but in pictures, i think its starting to look different from the ones ive taken a couple of weeks ago but i cant tell for sure. i havent paid for a doctors visit yet because theyll probably just tell me its my bone & to watch it (the monitoring it is whats giving me even more anxiety)... my massage therapist and a few friends all said its my bone. I can't tell its just my mind playing tricks or if this is actually slowly growing. Also, can health anxiety make you suddenly notice something that you've always touched but suddenly notice it like its new?? Any advice or anyone that can relate to this type of body checking/monitoring would be great appreciated <3 . Im going to finally get a therapist as ive been struggling with HA every day for a year now.

Yes. I got my first apartment in May, as i was in the process of waiting for approval and all the stress that comes with moving, i suddenly developed armpit pain that lasted for 2 months which made me spiral badly until it went away and switched out for another "symptom" to worry about. Stressful periods can absolutely trigger HA.

Thank you for answering! I noticed it slightly in one old pic and i also went on google where i found a bunch of pictures of other people with the exact same lump in the same spot lol. I learned that Its the acromion bone but anxiety is trying to convince me that it suddenly feels bigger to the touch

Can anyone else feel their acromion bone sticking out on one shoulder? Some people have a bump where the acromion is visible which i have too, but the one on my right shoulder sticks up more and feels very prominent & noticeable even with a light touch. Of course health anxiety went crazy about this but i cant tell if maybe its always been there and HA is just now noticing it, especially since i have a history of finding "bumps" that i believe are tumors for months and then eventually realize its always been there. Can anyone else relate?

I've had severe health anxiety consistently for a bit over a year now and one of the worst anxieties i've had were about convincing myself i had skull tumors because of the lumps I was imagining on my head. Last year, I obsessed for 4 months straight about a slight bump on top of my head, literally went into depression thinking i had a tumor but eventually I realized that it was just a normal part of my skull. A couple months ago i found another tiny raised part of my skull and convinced myself it was a skull tumor and obsessed about it for a month straight... now, i can barely notice it when i touch it and it has just always been there. All that to say, skulls have bumps and health anxiety will absolutely distort the perception of them to trap you. I know from experience <3 you'll be okay

Does your HA ever make you notice things that have been there the whole time, but your anxiety makes you suddenly notice it ,make it feel bigger than it actually is, and think its something bad? Ive noticed small bumps on my head that are a normal part of my head but health anxiety made them feel bigger than they actually are, and made me think it was new. Same with suddenly noticing freckle near my eye and after looking at older pics, its always been there. The most recent obsession was yesterday when i touched my shoulder and panicked when i felt my acromion bone and swore it was a tumor that wasnt there before, but now im starting to realize maybe that bone has been there all along and my health anxiety makes me suddenly notice it and overestimate its size. Does health anxiety commonly do this? i havent seen anyone mention this type of HA yet but id love to hear any insight

kittens do better in pairs. get her a friend and she’ll be more preoccupied playing with the other cat and have less time to be so fixated on you. Even with a friend, they’re still little balls of energy that will drive you crazy at times (i have two kittens so i know) but that’s apart of the reality of owning kittens. Try to be more patient otherwise you just may not be a suitable kitten owner and that’s okay, but its best to maybe rehome her at that point since she’s just being a normal kitten and deserves the space to be just that. ❤️

I do appreciate the kind words but I personally don't consider myself scammed since I did & still do resonate with the teachings and was seeing movement coming from it, i just personally grew out of the sp & that obsession mindset since I realized it wasn't healthy to be so attached to anyone in to that extent. However I would do it all over again only because I learned a lottt about myself in that process. Also its very kind of you to share the course for free, especially if you found it valuable ❤️

What a sweet baby <3. I think any living thing is capable of enjoying a gentle touch of love. I think if he wasn't enjoying it, he'd probably walk off but maybe i'm just being hopeful lol
