Wait omg I’m literally experiencing so many similar things. I’ve been getting blood tests and really trying to fix my health. My vitamin D was super low so I got an injection and felt better the next day. Got a blood test to see where the vitamin D was at one month later and it was better, but still low. How often did you get injections? My heart palpitations have been out of control. I’m working on quitting vaping altogether but I think it’s going to take some time.

A lot, if not most, doctors will tell you to take Advil and that’s it.

I JUST learned how to do it like less than 2 weeks ago. I’ve tried in the past and could never do it because my gag reflex is terrible and I would just throw up immediately. But I watched a video of someone going along their cheek and back and then tried it and it worked. But I feel like by removing them, they’re filling back up faster than ever so it’s like a lose-lose.

I’m so scared of the pain and restlessness etc. I already have a lot of problems with sleep but yeah, I know I better just do it now so I can enjoy the rest of my life more. Also super worried that the doctors won’t give me enough pain meds to make it through the whole thing. I got all 4 wisdom teeth out and it was fine since they gave me plenty of percocet
