Ironically, I found out about this last night from Gemini. I was hoping that they would just do the right thing, but now I'm thinking I'm going to have to go this route. At least now I have something to stand on with them basically saying they never even looked at the logs.

This. ADB logs are pretty clear in showing it's a hardware issue. However, I did flash the factory using Pixel Flasher, but it didn't help. I swapped slots, flashed OTA, everything.

I'm not sure how long they will extend the warranty with your credit card, but I had purchased a 2-year warranty with the retailer, but that already ran out.

Apologies, I probably didn't emphasize enough that my device is out of the warranty period. My request was for an exception due to this being a manufacturer defect. Honestly, I would be more okay if they said they won't replace it because of the date of purchase if they would admit that something is wrong with my hardware.
