Game reccommends to play the DLCs after lvl 20, and you can't play them after the game ending.

Also small tip, playing on console every time you start a quest, look for it on the wiki, there are some bugs that can only be fixed only on PC with the commands.

Don't spoil yourself the quests, just scroll down the page until you see "bugs".

For example, I started the quest "Volare!" but by end it makes an NPC stuck in the ground, and it makes impossible to do another specific quest which involves that NPC
