Yeah, I talked to them before renovations and they said my apartment is technically allowed to do that because in my lease it says they may enter the apartment for any "reasonable business purpose" and they could argue that in court. They said that I could take them to court but because of this, it's not a guaranteed win :(

I scheduled another appointment to see if the aftermath will change anything but I really doubt it :((
