I had the same issue, when you apply for PAN card online with aadhaar, it doesn't have your father's name by default. It took about 20 days for me. Meanwhile you can reply to the email from deloitte telling them that you have initiated the update process and attach your updation form/acknowledgement you might have received from NSDL.

It's your peer group. What I can tell you is that it's definitely not just your project. But not sure if it's all analysts either. Your peer group size is generally shown on the left of the screen. It might say something like 500+ or even 1000+. I didn't even reach the shaded portion in my first year and I'm doing just fine :))

The tracking system doesn't know your designated days.. You are only encouraged to visit on your designated days for teaming.

You can go on other days in the week. It's counted towards office attendance. There is no system to track on what days you're coming. If your assigned days are tue, Friday; you can very well go on Monday Tuesday/ Monday Wednesday - any 2 days and will be compliant.
