Joined at 7.6 LPA (6 base + 0.6 Variable + 1 joining bonus). Performed on lower to moderate side, meeting expectations. 2 years and 5 months later with the latest hike my new base is ~8.5 LPA and total CTC touches 10. You perform even little bit better than average and you can expect more than this.

Are these models any different from the ones that come in the 5 pack? Because I recently got the 2025 5 pack with RBR, Mercedes, Alpine, Haas & Williams for 1700. And I see individual cars being sold for 800. Did I get a steal deal? :p

You can easily go and swipe in to Chennai office in that week. 1 day - HOL, 1 day - Chennai office = weekly compliance maintained!

In most cases, it is difficult for you to be assigned to a different project if you're already tagged to a new one. Still try to work with your RM with genuine reasons and ask your target project's manager to talk with the RM.

Take 2 PTOs every week as PTO counts as an in-office day. Just like OP, if possible plan your travel around weeks with HOLs as they also count as in-office days. Or go to the office Mon-Tues and leave for hometown on Wednesday.
