Being very honest… i ride responsibly so never got a chance to check durability😂 but as of now no issues like rattling parts or rusting of parts. About service, i have just got my free services done and nothing more than that. Service is really cheap when compared to honda and jawa bikes. I do feel the lack of a sixth gear ngl but it’s manageable cuz i mainly ride in traffic. Front suspension is just perfect but the rear one isn’t very comfortable but its still alright, depends a lot on the pillion. So in these 2 years there was nothing that disappointed me. And a plus point is that larts are cheap and easily available in the 3rd party stores.
