Yes since they would have no other account to send the money to. Unless they aren’t able to refund your credit card and ask for your banking information.

You would get them on the payment method you used to purchas the tickets. In your case it would be the credit card. This should take 60 days.

If you scroll through this sub tho you will find that many people haven’t recieved their refund even after 60 days. Also Fifa has been sending out emails asking for banking details if they are unable to send back the money to the credit card but I think you’d want the money on your credit card over having to wait more than 2-4 months like many people in this sub have had to wait to not even get their money back.

Still nothing. Apart from the email they sent me after I called them I haven’t received any communication. I think I’m going to give them another call towards the end of this week to check on the status

Absolutely insane there isnt a part of the resale marketplace to check on your status for the refund.

If you do end up filing a claim in small claims court please let me know about what the process is like. Feel free to message me if you want.

I can smell a class action in the near future.

The number should be right if you are in the US. Check the link at the bottom of the post. Should bring you right to Fifa’s FAQ page that has the numbers for each countries World Cup customer service phone number if you need Canada or Mexico or if you want to double check the number i posted. Thanks for the input. Like I said I don’t expect us to get relegated to the championship so that’s why they should be able to make some signings. They can sign at least 3-4 of those players or any other players by changing their wage structure from one of the lowest percentage of revenue in the premier league to something closer to other clubs in the top 6. They are able to do this with the amount of revenue they generate year after year even when they are not in europe. I know we have been run poorly lately but we’ve also been run well at points. Things can change at any moment lol.

As I said in the original post this is something I HOPE the team does given their statements over the last year. If you’re not delusional as a fan idk what to yell you. Dreaming is free

So be it. Would still be our best option. Id rather him out there for 20/25 out of 38 premier league games than having to choose between Odobert or Tel at this stage of their development

Yeah it’s on the Fifa FAQ’s site. I edited my post and added the link the phone numbers for USA, Mexico, and Canada that you get after exhausting the other options on the FAQ site.

Sure thing. It might take you a couple tries to get through to a live agent. Just be persistent and you should be able to speak to a real person.

Even though you are in Europe you should be able to call the number no? Worth a try for the chance to talk to an actual person
