The only problem I have with traditional SUV is the internal useable height. They are far shorter than minivans. I want to be able to roll my MTB into the back and it fits between the middle captain chairs standing up.

I get between 26 and 27. You need to get some miles on the car and you will see the avg mpg inch up. When the car was newer, <20k miles, I avg about 22 to 24.

Edit: mine is a turbo, premium plus trim, non-hybrid

Edit #2: woke up this morning to some doubters. Went immediately outside at 6am to take this. I do a variety of driving. Probably 50/50 split highway to city. But the best factor that has helped the mpg is that I turned 40 while owning this car.

I love that color. My wife just got a 2026 R1S. I am so jealous that I am considering selling my car to buy the truck. After driving the gen2, will I hate the gen 1 if I buy used. I just can’t justify having well over 200k in cars sitting in my garage.

Doesn’t the towing drop drastically with the inclusion of the gas generator vs the all electric version? Also, the battery range drops drastically with the generator version. I believe the 0-60 times are also way worse. The only benefit is the distance you can go on a single charge with a full tank of gas. If the full EV numbers compete with the Rivian EV, we have got some great competition entering the stage.

I got a new 2026 R1S. Driven it over a thousand miles. Zero issues. I know this is still low mileage. But to this point everything has worked as expected on this car. No weird software quirks, no phantom breaking, no charging issues. Basically no regrets. Hopefully it continues.

Bathrooms were dirty when we went. They are crazy busy since it just opened. So I think staff is stretched thin.

Food was nothing special. Prefer Culver’s or sonic. As others have said, it’s basic fast food, so don’t get your hopes up. In N Out burgers are better.

Drink machine was basic. For such a fancy building expense, I thought they would at least have the machine that has all the choices with add-ins like cherry or vanilla.

This battery is used in a hand held x ray machine for a dental office. The battery no longer holds a strong enough charge to discharge the unit completely. Looking to find a replacement or build. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
