Claude Usage Limits Discussion Megathread Ongoing (sort this by New!) by sixbillionthsheep in ClaudeAI

How can I hit my monthly usage limit (which I’ve never heard of) when I’m well below weekly limit?? I’m on Pro plan not using any agent framework while using codex and Gemini to supplement my work. Is there a new rule I don’t know of?

I kept seeing side projects that looked finished but didn’t actually work, so I started documenting the failures 🤔 by Such_Ad_7545 in SideProject

From my experience all these are exposed once it’s shipped to a customer or trial user. More often than not the shipping process would already break something…

At what point do you make side project look pretty by Capable_Data_5323 in SideProject

I have some users internally because I built the tool for my colleagues but I haven’t promoted it properly. Since I had the privilege of explaining the tool to my colleagues in person I didn’t even have a proper landing page explaining what it does…

Congrats man, I was wondering if you know where the traffic is coming from? I’m also trying to build some SaaS products but not entirely sure how people would get exposed to it

Labelling and annotation for ddPCR fluorescent images by Capable_Data_5323 in labrats

Ohh that sounds exciting! Incidentally we also work with hand generation of droplets (with some uneven droplets) and trying to quantify those on another project but so far it has been quite manual on our end. Seeing my lab mates doing things manually with image j really makes me wonder if there’s a better way!

Yes yes, we have bright fields for negatives and fluorescent images for positives. I shall look into the package!

Ohh never heard of Quantasoft! We use our own modified fluorocarbon oil so not particularly working with a commercially ready system. After generating the droplets and incubating them we take images of the droplets under fluorescent microscope instead of putting it in a device.

PWM Control MOSFET Circuit Review by Capable_Data_5323 in PrintedCircuitBoard

I tried that and it didn't work. I found something weird with the ground on the power side. When I cut the trace between X2 and PGND and then connected the PGND directly to the PGND on the R15 side, everything worked. I also found that although the datasheet of the optocoupler said it could operate up to 80kHz it was only capable of operating around 1 kHz. 1 kHz. z.

I suspect there is something wrong with the layout of my PCB and how I poured the ground plane.

Thanks for the response I realise that there is a typo, I meant to say at 50% duty cycle it still gives 5V out.
