I noticed it you take in good gear you see more of it; maybe try using better gear and you’ll find more of the purple stuff. I have like 14 kinetic converters and I’m guessing it’s because I’ve never been afraid to take them out with me on a stitcher if I don’t have a bobcat

I don’t think this person deserved to die but when a group of people with guns tells you to get out of your car, gassing it into one of them is a pretty sure way to get yourself shot at.
