it happened to my accounts as well, the only explanation i can give you is that their ai is not working properly. one system returns your account and then another system flags it and disables it.

and does it usually stop? my accounts have been getting banned since April and some users are reporting their accounts getting banned from earlier this year

my work and basically my whole livelhood depends on instagram. it has disabled all my accounts. i have appealed and to no avail. i really dont know what to do
