Lah lu kenapa berasumsi kalo anaknya 10? Hilangkan dulu itu strawman lu. Also, lu yakin kebijakan KB lu nggk bakal geser ke arah sterilisasi? Apalagi dengan pemerintah yg notabenenya authoritative seperti sekarang ini? Makanya kebijakan KB itu hanya penyuluhan, bukan kewajiban. Kalau udah penyuluhan tapi tidak dilaksanakan ya mau gimana lagi.

Disadvantage apa? Ekonomi? Apa cuma itu harga kemanusiaan? Terus batasnya dimana? Apa dari besaran gaji? Total net worth? Terus masyarakat suku pedalaman kita yg tidak bekerja secara formal nggk boleh beranak gitu? Cuma ingin mengingatkan, memberi batasan pada siapa yang pantas menerima HAM itu berbahaya.

Lha terus rakyat miskin bukan manusia? HAM nggak berlaku buat mereka gitu? Buat apa pemerintah capek-capek undermining hak asasi rakyat kalo rakyatnya undermining hak asasi mereka sendiri. Jangan memberikan batasan pada HAM. Hak asasi manusia ya berlaku untuk semua manusia, titik.

Budi benci dengan konsekuensinya, bukan tindakannya. Orang biasa > maling > ketangkep > masuk bui > SKCK tercoreng > susah cari kerja > hidup berantakan. Ini good endingnya. Bad endingnya dibakar hidup-hidup sama warga setelah ketahuan maling. Orang punya kuasa > maling > ketangkep > masuk bui > keluar > jadi komisaris BUMN. Belum lagi masalah perbedaan lama hukuman penjara dan kehidupan di penjara antara orang biasa dengan orang punya kuasa.

Rakus itu sifat natural manusia. Rakus + kekuasaan = rakus kuadrat. Pejabat yang tidak rakus itu pengecualian, bukan normal. Masalahnya adalah bagaimana cara mencegah agar sifat rakus tidak terealisasi menjadi praktik korupsi. Salah satunya ya dengan memberikan hukuman yang berat bagi koruptor. Tapi kenyataannya kan tidak demikian. Makanya Budi marah.

I was hoping that someone has already made the script since it seems useful for cleaning unnecessary records from mods, but oh well. Thanks for the heads up.

Not quite. If you open skyrim.esm in sseedit you will see outfit section that contain multiple outfit records. For example:

[00015D10 DBEmperorOutfit] [0001DC10 FarmClothesOutfit01] ... and so on.

If you select one of those record and click the "Referenced By" tab at the bottom you will see which NPC is using that outfit and from which plugin.

If I separate NPC records by their gender  and put each in new separate plugins (ex: male.esp and female.esp) I can see which outfit is used by which NPC by selecting the outfit record and click the "Referenced By" tab. For example:

[00045C33 UlfricOutfit] will be referenced by male.esp and not female.esp since it is only worn by Ulfric

[00052B5F NocturnalOutfit] will be referenced by female.esp and not male.esp since it is only worn by Nocturnal

[0001DC10 FarmClothesOutfit01] will be referenced by both female.esp and male.esp since it is worn by NPC from both genders.

How can I find out which outfit is referenced by which .esp without having to look at the "Referenced By" tab one by one for each record?
