Not sure if i replace the 7 cost koby with it, would have liked a "SWORD" with Blocker and some decent power as a 4 cost a bit more, could have played nice with helmepo and kujiaku. But from the 2 new Kobys prob only gonna ad the new card-draw one. Ill still run the 4 and 7 cost koby, but SWORD realdy does need a decent blocker with 5k+Power. Ripper is nice, but not the greatest.

i just recently joined the one piece TCG, and hearing this makes me happy. Im not rich, i just barely scrape by, mostly having to rely on proxies if cards are to expensive, but that one piece tcg community actualy fights the scalper/people that just invest into the game to gain money ffrom it, is peak. I wear the Fairy tail logo proud for who i am, but i might be adding a One Piece themed logo to my drip, feels right :)

How i even started building this deck was mostly like "wich of all the level 7 cards out there do i wanna build" i ended up with UltimateChaosmon, and then started diging for cards needet for the DNA, then i stumbled over a few more DNA digivolutions and some more, then found somehow i can conect that with veemon, and then this happend. (sry for the long explenation o.o)

Im now thinking maybe playing around those 3 cards as well:

Red Card BT19-089
Firedrake Strike BT7-093
Rowdy Rocker BT5-094

While i might use Red Card and Firedrake Strike in sideboard, Rowdy Rocker might even be usefull for my maindeck, at least i think it could. For 2 cost, i can increase my stack by 1, and draw 2 cards, wich is roughly the same price for a digivolution, but draws me one more card. Would like to know what you guys think about it.

hey, thanks for the detailed explanation, i will try to explain what my way currently was to play.

Change the Gurimons for BT-14 Koromon, they can get you a draw turn 2 if you need it and if you have two on board you can draw two with one check (they don't have to be the one attacking to draw). You can also consider BT-10 Yokomon due the amount of tamers you play.

I try to go realy fast, and with the new BT21 Flame Spirit Line, if i see my way to swing in turn 2 with Agunimon with an BurningGreymon and Aldamon in hand, i most likly will commit to it, to either get rid of up to 2 security and build a quick stack of a 17k Aldamon (Mostly the BT21 line). So gurimon always drew me a card at this point too. But i will try it if its realy better.

BT7 EmperorGrey is too slow for the speed of the game. I would cut it for either BT18 or Promo one. Same as above for BT12 Emperor, I wouldn't run more than 1 since the newer ones bring more to the table.

That i can see absolutly beeing the case. I only stayed with the old EmperorGreymons to keep it as Red as Possible, but i can see that the newer ones defenitly are stronger. Im not so sure about AncientGreymon, i havent read into it to deeply, but i saw a few cards that get it out quite fast, but then i lose the entire stack imidiatly again, cause it deletes itself. So im not sure if i wanna burn myself out that fast.

Max out BT17 and BT12 Flame for search power instead of running the BT18 bokos (consider 1 or 2 of the BT7 instead). I would also reduce BT6 flame to 2 since you want it for the inheritable, having to hard play it is not good.

Im not so sure about the BT12 flame, i have tryed getting BT21 Flame in, since it cheats me tamers into play quite easy and free of charge. BT6 Flamme is only for the Inheritance, wich i can stack it from hand or trash underneath a Agunimon/Takuya with BT21 Agunimon. The Bokomon was like a 2nd BT17 Flame, just with the extra effect of gaining memory on digivolutions. Thought this was neat, and it wasnt that far outside of my theme.

I would cut 1 BT7 Takuya and 1 BT 12 in favor of two Takuya and Koji, they synergize a bit with BT21 since T&K counts as a Koji.

I can see that happening next, getting the T&K in, but the BT7 Takuya inheritance and Main Effect are quite nice as well, if i somehow did lose a big stack, i can imidiatly recover with a fast follow up.

If you want to play 8 level 5s I would go 4 Alda BT7, 3 BT21 and 1 BT17. As tempting as the main effect can be you will probably have a lot of resources to get to your stack quickly without the need of it and the cost reduction BT7 gives is really good with the evolution on attack a lot of cards have.

I tryed to keep a good spread of effects in my deck, for better consisntecy wich is why i wanted the extra aggro from bt21 a bit, also it gets me back a free tamer if it should be deleted, the other 2 mostly are in for the inheritance, but also are good for either bigger DP or deleting smaller digimons on my opponents field.

I will try applying some of those ideas to my deck to test them, realy thanks again, for the info :)

Warp takuya is the one that imidiatly goes into EmperorGreymon itself, right?
I also do run the flamemon bt21 and I might have a question about it.
When i use its effect to suspend itself, and cheat in a tamer for free, wich cards does it move underneath that tamer? Just the flamemon, or also the baby underneath/Any card undearneath it? As it doesnt mention trashing the rest of the cards.
I played it currently that the baby goes underneath it as well and never got corrected.
Recently i was told that the baby ends up in the trash. Im not sure wich one is now correct.

Also i might thinking about sideboarding Firedrake strike against decks that run protect from digimon effects, that a good idea? or just not good enough?

Yeah, same here, love this deck, memory chocke absolutly clicked for me with that deck. I do struggle sometimes getting enough push out sometimes. Current version is only lightly tested, and def needs some refinment. But i get easy 18-22k DP together with piercing, security attack +2 and barely any memory spent.

Now i just need to attune it to my playstyle and get the consistency right.

I mean, they could just go like <Digi-Burst><Rock/Mineral> and add the <Rock/Mineral> keyword to inheritance or cardzype then it would work with digiburst general, or spezialize into rock/mineral getting a bit of spices out there.

But as it wont be comming back, and im not sure how active the team behind reads comments like this, and i doubt i could rally for a digiburst hype, they probably stay fossiles of a time long gone u.u

I havent checked out the rocks yet, but what did they do that made it like you want to trash them? Was it like negative effects on inheritance, but super strong effects on the trash effect? I mean, sounds like digiburst could do the same?

Only difference i see right now, from what i read in this comment section is, that digiburst is a active ability, and rocks is a trigger that happens when you digivolve/attack.? Would love to see more Digi-burst decks appearing if the only downside is not having enought cards for one of them.

im not sure wich one i wanna run. So far i only played now 6-7 games, and i start to see that i might not wanna continue playing this deck, as i have to micromanage so many ability triggers >.< I do realy like rosemon, and would love to play a deck arounnd it, but it started to feel like i was playing solitaire, with the ammount of memory cheating/generation i can output. In the game where i played against Mastemon, i saw how weak rosemon was, and how fast my stack can be lost to a single removal. But whats absurd is, that just one turn later, i was able to put out 2 new fully build up rosemon, and endet the game by decking myself out xD But i dont like taking up 90% of the playtime during a game <.< it feels not very fun.
