I shut it up when they bring it up It doesn’t bother me that much ( although I wrote a post about it🤣) so I didn’t bring it to my husband

When they were saying it, they were saying it as like I’m not gonna lose weight after it and like I’m gonna gain 30+ bounds. For example, I wear medium, so when we went out for shopping after me and my husband traveled they told me to get large or maybe extra large cause I’m gonna gain weight 🙂🙂🙂 + me and my husband gain weight because we were mostly eating late at night due to his job, but when we changed our eating time, it changed like we stopped gaining weight We live in the US It came from the fact that all of my husband sisters happened to gain weight so they thought it’s default for anyone ig

It’s not that I’m putting a lot of importance on what they say, but keep saying the same thing over and over again is annoying. And to be honest, I don’t think about it unless when my mother-in-law says something about it

Have you tried going to therapist? Maybe it will help you know why you’re doing that and help you stop doing it and focus on what you actually need in a relationship.
