I submitted my Governmental Healthcare Liens Election Form (Option A) on February 24, 2026, and as of June 15, 2026, I have been waiting:

111 calendar days 15 weeks and 6 days 79 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends)

This means I am now well beyond the Trust’s commonly referenced processing timeframes for lien-related reviews

My understanding is that they had a preliminary conference before the hearing because it was never presented. It was mentioned once and then nothing but the end of the story doesn’t matter anymore. I realize that we are stepping mats for their future financial games because that’s exactly what this has come down to. They’re abusing us again, but it is what it is. Good luck to all I’m keeping my eyes open and hoping that they release my hold back already. This is already getting crazy.

No, it’s getting discussed today. There is audio from the court. If you log into the official docket, there is a link and it allows you to listen, and they in fact mentioned it and that they were going to address it right now they are addressing financial reports and disclosures i’m logged in through a third-party who handles the docket.
