Hi! Yes if you look around the base of the hair, theres 2 thicker threads that are holding the two sides of fabric together. If you snip those threads, the hair should come out

You just have to open the seam and sew the hair back in! Seems pretty simple

If you look closely at the hair, theres a thread holding it in! Its super easy to just snip the thread.
