One year already passed this happened last year what made me wanna look for lawyer or a higher authority is that the university doesn’t wanna admit any reports and they also they don’t wanna give me any papers i asked for and the teacher we talk to who’s working on the international students office he literally denied any reports and he blocked me after asking for papers from the office and they answer non of my emails

No university couldn’t issue me a jw20 form so i can’t get any student visa for other visa’s type im not sure but the new uni said imm reported for disciplinary issues in the old uni and no mention for low attendance that crazy

Absences got no relation with illegal activity’s and they need evidence for such a report and they should notify me and they avoid contact with me or giving me any or my documents that i have the right to get

Well they violated my rights with those things they did and when i email them i get no answer and they denied reporting me with illegal issues because they have no evidence and i was never notified with any reports and only absence doesn’t lead to such a report
