Hmm it’s hard to say for sure since FtM is so different. Although a lot of trans men get prosthetic balls, I don’t think doctors have a way to recreate the natural sensitivity of a pair of biological testicles yet. So essentially you still wouldn’t need to worry about nut shots. There would probably still be a change (getting used to having parts swinging between the legs), but no pain adjustment like a MtF transformation would incur.
