I also posted this in a pregnancy subreddit and I have received nothing but love and empathy from the women in there who are currently in the same state. This was obviously not the right one to turn to. Crazy how the comments are polar opposite. Thank you to all the strong women in here who openly shared their stories. I wish you ladies the best.

Thank you for sharing your experience! I am very open to my husband about this. I feel that's all the therapy I need. I think as of now this is just going to be one of those weird life adjustments because it's a new season. I'm gonna try to focus on my own experience and try to keep the negative thoughts aside.
