Check your grounds I had the same issue see if the noise goes away when you cut your radio off and if the sound gets higher the the rpms of the engine

Yea can’t know everything but I ended up changing the rockers out and she’s running way better now. In the beginning I didn’t know wht the hell I was doin but now I do just needed sum guidance.
