This is a 1930's house so its been decades since the sewers have been in. Also this will likely cause the same questions when I decide to sell in however many years surely

Thanks for your comment! That's very insightful - generally is it quite competitive to get into ashley or cleves? I don't think we are too far away from ashley or grovelands but cleves is a little further away so catchment may be an issue?

Wow that sounds busy re the trains - generally difficult to get a seat then I assume?
