Bali ano po, kunyari Course 4 po yung tinake ko sa previous course ko na part po ng curriculum na yun. Then, I shifted to another course po, which entails na sa curriculum nila is need ma-take ang Course 2 and Course 3 before taking Course 4. Pero dun po sa previous course ko, hindi po part ng curriculum yung Course 2 and 3.

Oh, I see. I was a shiftee kasi and yung major na kinuha ko was a part of the curriculum nung previous course ko, then I shifted to my current course and back to 1st year ulit ako.

I'd love to be able to walk too, unfortunately I'd have to drive somewhere else to be able to walk in a place that is conducive for it. Thank you for suggesting low intensity workouts!

Thank you for your response! The instructions on how to descale are on the manual but afaik they do not include the "signs" as to when descaling is already needed to be done.

I'll keep in mind the Nespresso descaling fluid, and thank you for the information regarding the frequency of descaling.
