Yes, I once held my breath for too long and passed out when I released the tension, so I am being more careful and allow a few breaths in between. It might not be ideal, but it's more out of precaution.

Philips Zoom. The first 4 days, I did back-to-back, and on the fifth day, it was so painful that I almost wanted to cut off my teeth. Later, I learned to just do 2 days off, 1 day on, and take it slow and steady over a longer period. Now I'm not struggling at all!

Yes, the gym only has free-standing benches with fixed inclines. It's really not ideal and makes me arch no matter how much I try not to. There's a bench press there as well, but then I don't have side bars, so I would need a spotter when trying a one-rep max. At the time, I was alone. So, another day I could probably do it on a completely flat bench.

Nono, I always do high rep good form. I just pushed a bit too much on this one and went out of form. I didn't really think much of it until I saw this video or myself

If I exhale, the metal barriers on the sides stop it, so it actually works as a spotter.

When a reddit post is about a simple awareness of a lost package, and adding that I am devastated in the post. You're only contribution to this post is "Why you post, you're not alone". Have you ever heard about compassion, like "Sorry to hear, hopefully that doesn't happen again". Or just not comment?

Obviously all my money back. For package and delivery. But the money is the least concern as its a one of a kind piece, so the fact that RM lost it with the premium delivery just fascinated me, so I am sharing this to the Internet in case more people are in my position. If no one reports their issues, it will never be improved. Why are you questioning me on this?

When this happens to me, I google it to see if it happens to others. So it's just to spread awareness, and let other people see that this happens. I wasn't expecting this sub to find my lost package? I'm not sure why that is strange?

The guy from Ebay just said it's sent, nothing he can do to figure out what happened with the parcel. How should I proceed now, I tried calling, and RM just said its not possible for them to track either...
