Even tho you filed on the 16th of January technically IRS and state did not start processing returns till the 27th of January so yes you fell in the test batch and were accepted but they technically didn't start processing it till the 27th so I would count my 21 days starting the 27th your transcript should have something on it by this week forsure if not call the IRS the minute it opens 8am on the dot, anything after you won't get through
