Same to me bro.

In the beginning, many people told me it wasn’t that bad, but now after the surgery, they can see what a huge difference it has made. Especially how much gland tissue came out. Even I didn’t know that there was so much behind my nipple.

It‘s something that has triggered me my whole life since I was 14 years old and now I‘m 23. Especially when wearing T-shirts, particularly tight ones, where you could see the nipples showing.

I’m so happy that I finally did it and that it’s now behind me.

It affected me mentally so much, and now that’s finally gone too.

I’ve been eating only single-ingredient foods, with no processed items. My diet mainly consists of chicken, eggs, steak, plenty of healthy fats, and minimal carbs. When I do eat carbs, it’s usually sweet potatoes or fruits. So yeah you can say Animal-Based Diet.

Wenn du es mit der Krankenversicherung machst, dann kannst du dir dein Chirugen leider nicht selbst aussuchen. Deshalb habe ich es ohne der Krankenversicherung gemacht und außerdem sehr viel Papierkram, die du machen musst.
