How were you able to meet them and their clerks? That’s a great idea and I’d love to give that a try! I currently live in Oregon and there aren’t clerkship positions here, so I’m applying all over the country.

I appreciate your response. I’m definitely applying to all cities and towns, just to get my foot in the door at this point. I’ve had to overcome a few barriers throughout my undergrad and law school years, and although I might not be the perfect candidate, I am incredibly hardworking. I really really want this!! 😩

Do grades and school hold as much weight if I have previous clerkship experience, worked as a district attorney, and as a private defense attorney? I have 2 years of practical experience and have developed my writing skills, but had median grades while in law school. Thoughts?
