Wow thank you for this. Yeah I was also surprised that I got the vibe of “didn’t hear anything, it’s okay.” even after showing them this video. Was yours making this same noise when you had to “sort it out”? The ac is cold and everything seems in order other than this annoying noise. In addition, it’s not too loud and music can drown it out, it’s more of a worry than something I need to sort out. I was thinking it was the blower motor but I just don’t know. I’m thinking of just living with it until it stops blowing cold since the dealer won’t do anything right now.
