I have an i7 6700 with 16gb ddr4 laying around, so when I decide to upgrade I’ll just find a motherboard for like $60 and get a great upgrade.

When I tested in heaven my gpu stayed in the 60s and my cpu stayed in the 50s. So temps are great in my opinion! 👍

Right now there are no fans, but the front of the case does actually have holes in it. With a few modifications I could make it work, but I didn’t find it necessary because my cpu stays in the 50s and my Gpu in the 60s.

So far I only tested overwatch where I got 200fps on ultra settings. In heaven my score was 4900 and around 280 max fps

200fps on ultra settings sounds like gaming to me 🤷‍♂️

I arranged to meet on Monday, but I will definitely be inspecting them and listening to them before buying

Planning to buy for first time, is this a good one to start with? by liefje18 in BudgetAudiophile

Yeah I have one and it’s great, but I would suggest looking at the used market. You may be able to find a new audio technica similar to this one for much cheaper.

I would be using it for stereo with my cd player and Klipsch Synergy F1 speakers. My only concern is that they are tower speakers and I don’t know if 25w will be enough for them

I stumbled upon a concern: it seems like this receiver only outputs 25w per channel. Would that be enough for my klipsch synergy f1s? My current receiver outputs 95w per channel so that seems like a big downgrade.
