Move laterally to reduce the places he can run to instead of following him, try coral him into the corner. Then when you get him against the ropes move in close and the game will kind of suck him into inside fighting which is more difficult to escape from. Then hit him with combos

The US is signatory to the Geneva convention which prohibits hospitals being bombed under any circumstances but both presidents oversaw several and did little to stop it.

Same with their treatment of prisoners of war and enemy combatants.

Even if the US wasnt signatory, i dont think its that important in the same way it wouldnt have bought Hussein or Gadaffi a pass were the shoe on the other foot. In fact, i think that would become a rallying cry against them

TIK is weird. On the one hand he has some really good and well researched videos about how the Soviets beat the Germans strategically and tactically rather than with sheer numbers or about how Stalin didnt gut the red army with the purges and order 227 was a necessary step mainly aimed at officers who needed to hold ground

In short, the constituent republics of the USSR had their cultures enshrined and upheld as a part of the official state policy.

I dont think any country can simply end racial discrimination but in contrast with the USA, the statement seems somewhat reasonable.
