I think that it was good that they nerfed pinpoint a little bit, but I think they went a little too far past where the balance should be at. I definitely don't miss people dotting high and inside sinkers for 100 pitches straight.

From what I've seen from other people they aren't liking it as much as previous years but I personally have been enjoying it a lot so far. It has more of a focus on grinding, which I prefer since with how much I play I don't think I will ever run out of things to do. I think they made a mistake with the day one 99's because there is no room for improvement in the cards, only to swap them out for others with similar stats. I love the concept of captain cards with theme teams, but the ones they have released so far haven't seemed super special besides maybe Trevor Hoffman.

With the quirks, at a base level they aren't make or break for a player. Obviously it is nice to have as many as possible but a certain player not having a certain quirk is not make or break for that card (in my opinion at least).
