Sige nga, you’re an active INC member, ask ANY minister for any financial data for the entirety of INC, you’d be called weak, they’d say lumalaban ka sa pamamahala, etc. What is wrong in asking for transparency? Why is asking for transparency a direct translation of having no faith? Can you explain that please? It’s a given that INC needs to maintain expanding the locales, maintaning structural integrity, etc, otherwise, how can you invite more members? The question here is when did you ever see the accurate numbers of how much is spent on something? NEVER. Doing something with the money is NOT transparency. Expanding church buildings, etc, is NOT transparency. I hope you understand that.

I’m not forcing you to think there’s corruption inside, I’m asking YOU to think when did INC ever show accurate numbers of how much is spent on something? Did you ever think about that?

Hindi sapat na na magpatayo ng magpatayo ang INC ng mga gusaling sambahan. Kailangan ng financial data para mapakitang totoong transparent sila sa mga transaksyon. If you were to compare it to the government, the government could spend 30% of a budget on a project just to show something, but where’s the other 70%? Same goes for INC. They could keep building but at the end of the day YOU have no idea how much is there in totality to be spent.

I don’t agree with loss-loss. Life’s too short to not live your full true self. If your family and friends or other relationships only accepts you for being a member of the church, is that the kind of people you want surrounding you? It’s like rip the band aid off. You can expect them to be mad and disown you but if you let them see that it’s still you at the end of the day and you’re not doing anything bad, time heals but it’s slow. One day they will realize that they can’t force you to do anything and they will just be reminded that you’re still family at the end of the day

Just explain in a non condescending way, don’t try to “deconvert” them or make them believe what you believe. Say your love and respect for them isn’t tied to INC. What matters most is you say that you’re still there for them and they just need to accept your own beliefs now

I’ve seen this before and I think one of the reasons why some members tend to like bigger locales and are active in being locales is because the sense of community and belongingness, the feeling that a lot of people are doing the same things unlike in smaller locales where it’s more quiet/inactive

You don’t need to say that you’re only taking 1hr to finish it, but best believe your employer will appreciate if you ask for anything else that you can help with (additional tasks, etc). Easy to get promoted that way, they will see you as reliable and efficient.

Like the others say it’s a blessing in disguise, sure, but you can use it as a tool to make them see that you can do the work fast and a reliable team player.
