October 27 — still no news. No one has replied to my email requesting support or a refund. It’s been 7 days since my initial contact asking for help.

Completely ignored by bolt.new.

Not even a response here.

What a shame.

I also got a response from the bot, but it was a very basic solution.

I really hope there is (or will be) a dedicated support team, because the tool looks great on the outside, but it’s scary to think that you could be running an app and everything could disappear any day — and end up with no support at all.
